I've always been curious - what kind of evidence would it take to substantiate a report of time travel from the future to the present?
Did you guys hear about that woman born in the 16th century (I think) who's name was "Diot Coke"? Could that be a subtle SOS from a stranded time traveler? If so, does that mean the age of time travel is nearly upon us, on the assumption that Diet Coke is as popular in the age of time travel as it is now?
Or am I just blowing smoke out of my ass? (can't both be true? )

Heard a funny story
Yeah, I heard this story too. It's completely unsubstantiated. A total hoax.

We can't bend space and travel through foreshortened worm holes there is no space to bend.
Observations of bent space tend to prove you wrong, don't you think?
It's funny that you accuse another person of mistating relativity and then go ahead and ignore it yourself.

Well, feel free to ignore a half-century of observations and theory in physics, but I for one don't see why we should return to your Newtonian world rather than the relativistic models that, unlike Newton's, actually model astronomical interactions.

it is you that have not the depth to see what is before you.
Ah, right. Name-calling. Now I know you must be right. I'm convinced - an anonymous internet poster told me I'm an idiot if I don't believe him, so I am compelled!
