The LXX was the scroll that Jesus read from in Luke 4 which gives it His stamp of approval.

Paul used the LXX too. It was the "Bible" in N.T. times.
​
If Jesus and Paul used the LXX then this source becomes an eminent source. Your focus on errors is lopsided and completely misleading.
