"Man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much -- the wheel, New York, wars and so on -- whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time.
But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man -- for precisely the same reasons."

Mr Jack writes:
But your evidence doesn't support any causal link. All you have is correlation.
Which is why it is an hypothesis and not a theory or a 'fact'.
Yes - more testing is required.
(Frako even suggested what kind of testing could be done.)
He made an hypothesis and showed the data that made him suggest that hypothesis.
You saying: "There is no definite link between religiosity and intelligence." does not affect anything Frako said.
There is no causal link between trauma and PTSD - but they are still considered to be cause and effect.

Yeah, I usually expect responses to make some sense.
And it appears that asking for clarification was beyond your capabilities.
Are you religious perhaps?

Education is not the forte of these nations.
I would just like to point out that 'education' is not a synonym for 'intelligence'.
They are different things.
This becomes apparent when substituted into your sentence: "Intelligence is not the forte of these nations."

Clearly, some religions' beliefs and practices inhibit full intellectual development, and some promote it. I don't see any persuasive evidence that religion per se has that effect.
This hypothesis could explain the Jewish Anomaly reported earlier.
