Is the problem policy (like Scandinavia type social policy ) or is the policy only a problem when there are bad guys to identify?
Americans overthrew the British. But also fought Native American tribes. Switzerland is pacifist and hasn't fought a war since 1815. What about the French Revolution and the invasion of Rome - which led to giving Europe a ton of valuable Papal land ( outside of Italy and the Italian Papal States were lost by 1870 around 70 years after Bonaparte ) (I think ) Is the socialist policy of Switzerland a good thing since there isn't a bad guy to take on? Is the United States evil for uprising against an enemy? I'm not sure what is being said, so I threw this in to see if there is some clarity.

LNA writes: I will say this much---you do lots of research. Todays internet makes it easier to peruse multiple sources on a myriad of issues and beliefs. I'm not sure what is being said, so I threw this in to see if there is some clarity. Personaly, I never want to get in a discussion/debate concerning much of church history for several reasons.1) Im lazy and dont want to prove a point through all the work needed. 2) I believe that Christianity was inspired by the Holy Spirit through the members gathered in the upper room--when Jesus was resurrected. It quickly became diluted ever since. There is always a remnant of people who have a love for the truth that keep the flame lit. Additionally, many of the early believers were martyred for their beliefs...and History tells us that the church carried on from there...and even became politically correct to a degree of those times once Constantine had his vision. Originally there were five cities that the church primarily resided in...I forget them but know that Rome was but one of them. the split in 1066 where the Orthodox went one way (4 cities) and the Roman Catholics went another..(Rome) began nearly a thousand year cycle of politics and intrigue. People couldn't read much and thus learned of the legend and story of Jesus through pictures and cathedral art..(Stations Of The Cross) and some would argue that many were converted due to the fact that they had a love for truth. The same is true today. Many, such as yourself, seek full information on a given topic...and there is a lot of information out there. Whether or not Satan operates through Marxism...as Faith asserts...we can be sure that there are many ulterior motives for advancing a cause. Im a bit off topic as I am mixing religion and politics...but my question is about both: 1) Is there a godly system as well as a satanic system on this planet of ours? Are we as a global society really in the mid stages of a war of ideas and ideology? 2) IF SO....who are the bad guys and who are the good guys?Chance as a real force is a myth. It has no basis in reality and no place in scientific inquiry. For science and philosophy to continue to advance in knowledge, chance must be demythologized once and for all. —RC Sproul "A lie can travel half way around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes." —Mark Twain " ~"If that's not sufficient for you go soak your head."~Faith "as long as chance rules, God is an anachronism."~Arthur Koestler

Just a few minor corrections.
1066 is one of the two significant historical dates (see 1066 and all that for the other date) but it is not when the Christian Church split between Orthodox and Roman Catholic. Not even close. But it is a significant date and so worth investing time to see just what did happen then.

This thread isn't about the history of England, or the Christian Church. I have no idea what LNA had in mind, as I just about never do anyway, but this thread is about Marxism in today's Left. A lot has been posted already about Marxism that could be followed up if anyone is interested, but at least the other topics don't belong here.

If you want to pursue the theme of Satan's role in Marxism I'm not sure there's enough information here for that. It's something Pastor Wurmbrand discovered and wrote about in his book but what's in the book hasn't been brought out. Apparently he discovered actual involvement of Marx and others in the Satanic church of the day. I read the book years ago and don't remember much of it, and as usual can't find it. If it shows up I'd like to read it again, but for now I'm not sure there's much to follow up on this subject.
ABE: Found A FREE PDF OF THE BOOK. I thought I'd have to buy a Kindle version at Amazon, which is more expensive than many, but no, here it is free. Edited by Faith, : No reason given. Edited by Faith, : No reason given. Edited by Faith, : No reason given. Edited by Faith, : No reason given.

Anyone that brings Satan into a discussion of Marxism or Capitalism or Communism or any other ideology should simply be laughed off the stage.

I'm reading the PDF of the book.. The book is interesting, a biographical study of Marx showing his turning from his Christian upbringing to hatred of God.

Do you think that the rich manipulate the tax code and health benefits so they get breaks that the workers do not?

Do you think workers deserve a secure retirement?

Based on what? Trump is known as a friend of workers, he prefers their company to that of rich people. Where are you getting this idea he'd do anything to undermine workers' wellbeing?
There is no reason Marxism has to be the philosophy for worker's rights, and it's unfortunate that historically they've dominated the area. A Christian perspective should be just as effective, and without all the class hatred.
