good things bad things. what does God really do?

Listen, no kidding I really am getting tired(from all the questions, lol, not just by you)'for if every christian was healed (except of old age which if nothing else, we will all eventually die from) then that alone would convince many people.'Are you talking about church goers, because the question is, who deeply believes? Maybe you are right and not everyone gets healed, but if one person is supernaturally healed, doesn't even that say something.

Don't tell me mike! My aunt Lucy was the best and most religious person I ever knew and she suffered..... she loved God! And she still suffered for a long time before she died! But yet God chooses to heal some believers and not others? What if you Get sick? Do you believe God will heal you if you do? And if you suffer does that mean you weren't good enough for God? If your weren't good enough to be healed are you going to hell? If thats the case yet again a sadistic Evil God! How can you not see this? also I want an answer please do not repeat... I read your post

I am sorry I do not enjoy the idea of anyone suffering, but nevertheless I believe in God, If your aunt did truly believe, then I believe she is in heaven as we speak (no offense meant whatsoever).I can't answer your question, the significance of your post involves an actual person, i am not going to preach any longer in respect of that.

she is not the only thing mike look at September 11th 2001. I know it was Mans doing however where all those people without faith? If god is the almighty he could have stopped it....

Irrelevant. We're not asking about where disease comes from. We're asking about why it sticks around in the faithful.Why do faithful, pious, reverent people who sincerely believe in god and are willing to do god's will not get healed by god?If one faithful person gets healed by god, why don't [I][B]ALL[/i][/b] faithful people get healed by god?

I didn't.You, yourself, said that not everybody has faith. That means that they are doing something that god doesn't like and thus is withholding healing from them.

No, because you aren't answering the question. Are you paying attention? Are you ears working? The question is not where disease comes from. I did read it, and you miss the point.What makes you think you know that god has healed anybody? If you are incapable of determining when god has acted, how can you determine if god has acted at all?Are you saying god is capricious and arbitrary? That only the faithful will be healed but being faithful means nothing other than god will consider the possibility of maybe healing you if it seems like a good idea at the time?If god heals the faithful, why doesn't god heal [I][B]ALL[/I][/B] of the faithful?And if you don't know, how can you possibly claim that god healed anybody?------------------

Mike don't stop for me.......... she died years ago but I wanted to give you an example....... I was discussing this with someone recently and I wanted to know what other people had to say...... I still want to know why you are so sure God hears your prayers?

'How do you know it was supernatural?'When cavities dissapear, lungs are replaced, cancer dissapears - and even the doctors acknowledge it, that is enough for me. And what do you say to someone who was supernaturally healed?

Hi Mike Does this mean that Satan is more powerful than God? If he isn't than this argument means nothing. If God is more powerful than whether or not Satan is the enemy, God could still heal the faithful.------------------

I tell you no lie, when God says something to me via his word his words aren't broken.Also when I pray for a certain thing, it will happen. (sometimes the next day). So there you are, I hope honesty means something.TO EVERYONE-i have tried my best, on every question but what can I do when there is no one on my side and the questions keep coming? i hereby ask someone to step in for me.
