Those links I wrote show how creationists explain what I believe on speciation. As the grass thing, thats kind of hard to debate since were working on two different timelines

That shows how speciation defies evolution in ways. Actually scientists have understood rapid speciation for many years now. It happens when a population arises from a very limited number of original individuals. Of course Answers In Genesis doesn't want you to know that there's an evolutionary explanation for it, so they didn't tell you...

The bones were sent to the American Investigating Museum in Philadelphia, where like so many finds that question anthropology, they were stolen and never seen again" Perhaps you could dig up the police report where they reported the crime? Or a newspaper article about the burglary of a reputable museum? In short, anything to substantiate that this robbery actually took place? Once again we're left with bones that you can't show me. Isn't this starting to get old?

As the grass thing, thats kind of hard to debate since were working on two different timelines Well, maybe you need to bone up on your creationism: the creationist explanation is that the fossil record represents not an account of time, but a record of animals fleeding encroaching floodwaters. I.e. advanced animals like humans and mammals appear at the top, and dumb ol' dinosaurs are at the bottom. Never mind that grasses are up there with the humans and never down with the dinosaurs - how did grass flee the floodwaters? Pick up root and run alongside?

Well that explanation was made up after evolutionists realized how fast it happens.

Maybe because thats adaptation not evolution You keep saying "that's not evolution". Since you're apparently the authority on what evolution is and is not, why don't you sum up the theory for us? Since it's apparently not speciation, nor adaptation, nor random mutation + natural selection, nor anything else that actual, real-life biologists (who would know) say that evolution is.
and evolution is not proven and in my opinion not possible. Ah, now we're supposed to bow to your opinion, now? And what, in your opinion, makes evolution impossible?

Well that explanation was made up after evolutionists realized how fast it happens. Well, we were the ones that did the research, after all. Oh, didn't Answers In Genesis mention that? That the discoverers of rapid speciation were evolutionists? Hrm, wonder why they would forget to mention that? Remember the essence of scientific theory is tenativity. That's how we know we're getting more right. We change the theories when new evidence comes to light.

quote: No I'm afraid they didnt do that..... "Many terrestrial seeds can survive long periods of soaking in various concentrations of salt water. Indeed, salt water impedes the germination of some species so that the seed lasts better in salt water than fresh water. Other plants could have survived in floating vegetation masses, or on pumice from the volcanic activity. Pieces of many plants are still capable of asexual sprouting. Many plants could have survived as planned food stores on the ark, or accidental inclusions in such food stores (Genesis 6:21). Many seeds have devices for attaching themselves to animals, and some could have survived the flood by this means. Others could have survived in the stomachs of the bloated, floating carcasses of dead herbivores. The olive leaf brought back to Noah by the dove (Genesis 8:11) shows that plants were regenerating well before Noah and company left the ark." There you go crash. ------------------"I believe in christianity as I believe the sun has risen, not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else."-C.S. There you go crash. Um, what you posted has nothing at all to do with what I'm talking about. Please try again. I'm not asking "how did grasses survive?" but rather "why didn't some grass die and be fossilized near some dinosaurs?" I'll explain again, and go slower this time. (It's ok, you're not the first creationist to have trouble with this.) There are no fossil grasses found with dinosaurs, or below them. Only several strata above them. Grass is never found with or under dinosaurs, only above them. The evolutionary explanation is that grasses evolved millions of years after dinosaurs died out. What's the creationist explanation?
