Not all punk, but...
Well, I saw Pere Ubu open for the Pixies in the Oberlin College gymnasium, went to Lollapalooza the first year before Trent Reznor started trying to be Marylin Manson Lite and Ministry and Jane's Addiction were not all that big yet, saw the Violent Femmes and Siouxie and the Banshees in Ohio, and also The Breeders and Nirvana at the Armory in Philadelphia.

Let's see, have seen The Cure a couple of times, too.
