I mean,
Peter Crouch as a lone striker??? And then he substitutes Cole (the only man playing anywhere near him on the pitch) and brings on his favourite floppy haired utility player to sit in front of the defence. Yeesh!
Yet another indication of his squad selection madness: why was Theo Walcott even taken if Sven's not going to play him? Darren Bent or Defoe could have played on their own up front, waiting to run onto balls over the top, Walcott should be able to fill that role too. He seemed reluctant to bring him on - does he not think he's good enough now he's picked him?
*shakes head and walks away muttering*
