For the Nerds

I'm here to tell you that gamers aren't touching this with a ten-foot pole. It's a 5-10% performance hit with no upside. We're sticking with Win 7 Ultimate, thank you very much.
(The following assumes everything is 64-bit versions)
Why Ultimate?
From my understanding, Win 7 Pro allows you to use over 16GB of RAM.
Win 7 Home limits you to 16GB of RAM, Win 7 Pro "limits" you to something like 196GB of RAM.
16GB of RAM even seems like a bunch... why not just stay with Win 7 Home (Premium)?
What does Ultimate allow you to do that is unavailable in Pro and is useful for gamers?
If anyone is interested, here are the basic prices as of today:
Win 7 Home - $105
Win 7 Pro - $150
Win 7 Ultimate - $190
(Canadian moneys)
Edited by Stile, : Got the prices wrong a bit. I'm blaming it on Christmas. Stupid good-for-nothing Christmas. Can't even get prices right. Oh, and Merry Christmas!
