This thread might not have the most accurate title. It's for discussing how the geologic layers we find could have been formed by Noah's flood. Issues about the ark and its voyage should be taken to another thread. I know there were threads discussing this a while back, perhaps a search will bring them to light.

I believe this is a picture of sand that has been either dumped or bulldozed off the roads into piles, so that can't really be the kind of effect you had in mind from Noah's flood.
