God is not pleased with America for tolerating the deviant practices et al which according to his words he detests and loaths.
Especially allowing Red Lobster and Catfish King to openly vend their scaleless abominations. And letting corporations pay workers every couple of weeks instead of before sunset. Those just irritate the hell outta the Big Guy. Don't even get Him started on bacon cheeseburgers.....

They were able to be get bibles and missionaries all over the place, and prospered as a result. Cause and effect, eh? Wow. I wonder how that worked, exactly. I mean, leaving industry and technology out of that "prospered" equation.

There is a difference between ordering nukes dropped on 5 cities, and someone who slaps another person. And there's a difference between a child being disrespectful to his parents and Joshua killing every inhabitant of five cities, too. The former gets you stoned to death and the latter is the Will of God - and if you don't kill all the babies, too, it'll bring trouble on the agressors. Old Testament fails to impress me: homosexual behavior is an "abomination." Shrimp and catfish are an "abomination." Where's this "big difference?"

They thought "near" meant nearer than in fact it was, but it was nevertheless near then and it is even nearer now.
Why do I get the giggles every time I read this sort of thing? "Just a little while?" "Be patient, then, brothers?" About 1900 years, Faith? Eighty generations? That's "near?" That's funny!

I was told on a forum like this, by a no less dedicated evangelist that yourself, that said Antichrist was "coming out" in September 2003 in the person of King Juan Carlos of Spain. He was wrong, too.

You're making this stuff up, right? "Daily animal sacrifices of the Jews?" Why not "daily abominations with goats of the House of Representatives?" One is about as likely as the other to even start - PETA and the ASPCA won't stand for it!
