No, they didn't. But they have a particular interpretation - a literal one - which is not shared by most Christians. In other words, God is not saying the nonsense things they say He's saying.The Augustine reference was to Funkmasterfreaky. He's unfortunately not taken it on board

That the world was made in six days, is only six thousand years old. I didn't actually say you said that; my point is that you seem to promote an interpretation of the Bible where God says that.
