An interesting thread, to say the least. I regretfully withhold further comment as I have only made it through about 1/4 of the posts but what I have read thus far has been enlightening and enjoyable, with good contributions from both sides of the aisle.

As we survey all the evidence, the thought insistently arises that some supernatural agency - or, rather, Agency - must be involved. Is it possible that suddenly, without intending to, we have stumbled upon scientific proof of the existence of a Supreme Being? Was it God who stepped in and so providentially crafted the cosmos for our benefit?

Even though I must continue to exhort you to abandon your medieval concepts of logic and reason, encouraging you to surrender your mind to the purity of Logos, I understand your reasoning fully, especially considering your faith in a razor that has become as dulled as is the evolutionary thought processes. However, take heart in the fact that you are not alone in your 14th century methodology. Most Evo's tend to accept the same flawed logic and reason that you embrace, which is why they find it so difficult to move into the 21st century's logistical arena, but at least the Evo's continue to be somewhat entertaining.
Shalom!

Thanks for the clarification. Speaking of message 42, where are all the scientific responses from all the scientifically minded Evo's in this forum. To date, there is not one single response to the challenge posted within that message. Things that make you go hmmmmmmm!

I'm glad this is all in the spirit of fun and is not meant imply less than honorable motives on the part of your fellow members, because if it were then you'd receive a 24-hour suspension of posting privileges.
