Where is your proof that there were females before males? There is no real evidence of this. I am talking about humans. There is your problem. No scientist is going to explain to you how female humans were created before humans because no credible scientist is going to try and warp the facts to fit a religious hypothesis that humans are a special creation. If you were prepared to accept explanations which encompassed the evolution of life on earth it is very easy to explain where males/females came from and roughly when they became distinct. TTFN, WK

While scientific discovery continues, the Hebrew account of creation stays the same.

not sure how to reoply with quotes yet but a few points which id like to mention.
is it our limited perception that is at fault, being unable to grasp the idea of something being permanent?(have we always assumed that something must have a beggining and an end) and i suppose the lower form of enegy, which we call material is under gods control so it is constantly being destroyed and created(we percieve this via sciences such as Astronomy, nuclear physics, particles being destroyed and created).........I would greatly like to be able to discern between temporary and permanent features,i think if we could discover permanent features of the creation this would be good.for example is light energy permanent?

The interpretation what that story means does not. There are many different twists on it's meaning, and the Jewish faith does not take the story of genesis to be literal

is light energy permanent? To a degree all energy is permanent but its existence is not always in the same form of energy. In photosynthesis energy from photons in motion can be converted into chemical energy in the bonds of sugar molecules. Energy and matter are two forms of the same thing and the conservation of energy is a law of physics. While this holds true in classical physics quantum physics has shown that matter/energy can be temporarily created out of 'nothing' for very brief periods of time, as long as it returns to non existence very shortly afterwards. no i thought it was pretty straightforward. though most people normally transliterate "eretz" with an e. do you read, or are you faking it? it'd be nice to have someone on the board who can actually read fluently.

While scientific discovery continues, the Hebrew account of creation stays the same. Stasis is generally a prominent feature of wrong ideas.

Ah, so you are not human? I have understanding - not from humans - from the Elohim. Woh, the amount of times I wish I didn't know what I know. It is not easy to know, it seems much easier not knowing.
