Speaking as an asian, go right ahead. I'll just tell some of my black friends later and have them hunt you down, that's all

Hahaha. Those are pretty funny. They're funny not because they offend people. They're funny because they accurately reflect a lot of the typical stereotypes that are out there.
Keep it coming. By the way, have any good asian joke?

For goodness sake, my name is 3 letters long. How could you possibly misspelled that?
This reminds me of 7th grade. They made t-shirts for all of us with our names on them. They misspelled both my first and last name on every single t-shirt. Instead of Lam Nguyen, they put Laam Nuygen.

The last time I checked, about 35 to 40 percent of the Vietnamese population in the world has the last name Nguyen. What can I say, we're inbreeders.
Anyhow, I was voted as the most serious person in 8th, 9th, and 12th grade in my class. In other words, I hardly ever tell a joke. Whenever I do, it suck arse. I only listen and laugh at other people's jokes.
So no, I don't have any asian joke at all.

Not necessarily. to bigots, stereotypes are supposed to be truths. So, by recognizing that they're stereotypes, you recognize that they're not true.

Re: Here we go...
I posted this joke in this thread a while ago. Notice that it's the only non-admin topic in the announcement forum . You may now bow down to me, your better.
This was posted on arachnoboards.com a while back. Just thought something you guys would enjoy.
How many forum members does it take to change a light bulb?
1 to change the light bulb and to post that the light bulb has been changed
14 to share similar experiences of changing light bulbs and how the light bulb could have been changed differently
7 to caution about the dangers of changing light bulbs
1 to move it to the Lighting section
2 to argue then move it to the Electrical section
7 to point out spelling/grammar errors in posts about changing light bulbs
5 to flame the spell checkers
3 to correct spelling/grammar flames
6 to argue over whether it's "lightbulb" or "light bulb" ... another
6 to condemn those 6 as stupid
2 industry professionals to inform the group that the proper term is "lamp"
15 know-it-alls who claim they were in the industry, and that "light bulb" is perfectly correct
19 to post that this forum is not about light bulbs and to please take this discussion to a ‘light bulb forum’
11 to defend the posting to this forum saying that we all use light bulbs and therefore the posts are relevant to this forum
36 to debate which method of changing light bulbs is superior, where to buy the best light bulbs, what brand of light bulbs work best for this technique and what brands are faulty
7 to post URL's where one can see examples of different light bulbs
4 to post that the URL's were posted incorrectly and then post the corrected URL's
3 to post about links they found from the URL's that are relevant to this group which makes light bulbs relevant to this group
13 to link all posts to date, quote them in their entirety including all headers and signatures, and add "Me too"
5 to post to the group that they will no longer post because they cannot handle the light bulb controversy
4 to say "didn't we go through this already a short time ago?"
13 to say "do a Google search on light bulbs before posting questions about light bulbs"
1 forum lurker to respond to the original post 6 months from now and start it all over again.

Re: Pandering to Political Correctness
I tend to get cranky everytime someone compares anything less than mass murder and genocide to the holocaust. It is like comparing Bush to Hitler.
A lot of people died innocently in the holocaust. The least we can do is not see the event as equally evil to racist comments with the intention of humor.

PROOF THAT GIRLS ARE EVIL
1. Girls require time and money
girls = time X money
2. We know that time is money.
3. Therefore, girls require money squared
4. We know that money is the root of all evil
5. Therefore, money squared equals evil
6. We are forced to conclude that girls equal evil

Q: How many evolutionists does it take to change a light bulb?
A: None. Evolutionists just wait to let the leight bulb change itself, and even then it takes millions of years.

actually. there is a flaw in your mathematics. if you take the square root, it has to be the absolute value... so your equation becomes thus.

Actually, no. If you take the square root of something, you end up having a plus or minus value.
So, women equal + or - evil.
