I've heard funny jokes about pretty much every subject - AIDS, rape, pedophilia, cancer, handicaps, dead troops, genocide (and a host of others).
At my father's funeral, the limo driver was a black woman who talked and laughed all the way to the cemetery. Some people might have thought her behaviour was inappropriate, especially for an "employee". But it occured to me that my father had done exactly the same thing at my mother's funeral.
He certainly would have enjoyed the driver's company (if he had been there in a more life-like state).
Sometimes the people who are supposedly "hurt" by comedy may be the ones who appreciate it most.
