You seem to be telling me that it's bullied bullies, all the way down. While I agree with Auden that:

So, no, I don't think that bullies drawn to fascist parties are trying to appease bigger or better organized bullies. I think some folks choose to use violence and other forms of coercion against others because they choose to prioritize power and its satisfactions.
Which is why fascists wake in the morning with dreams of forcing and hurting still dancing in their heads.
