God rained on Sodom. Your opinion is at odds with His there. There may come a time for direct judgement, but I think what is now happeneing there is this. God withdraws His protection, and bad things happen. He allows it, in that He can't cover them with His wings of protection, because they placed themselves in a position of disobedience.If a parent sees a teen move to another city, against his will, how can he prevent bad things from happening, to the same extent as if they were closer, and in the right spirit?

It is a question of degrees. Look at the situation today, is it not a higher degree? I don't believe God is responsible for most natural disasters! But He can protect us if we look to Him. There was good and bad the last century as well. But look at all the good He allowed to happen for the US! They were able to be get bibles and missionaries all over the place, and prospered as a result. I don't know what your problem is with sex either. That was the first commandment. There is a difference between ordering nukes dropped on 5 cities, and someone who slaps another person. You could say they are bth wrong. It is a question of degree. Obeying eating guidelines from the old testament is different than cannibalism or homosexuality. There is a difference. A big one. Really.

There are degrees od sin. If I eat something unclean, it might be a sin, it might not be. We now have the authority to clean things up by praying over it, if you read the new testament.
Eating ham set before us, that we pray over, is no sin at all, forget 'abomination'! Destroying the earth, and mass murder is a great sin.

Who ripped off the faithful? If you refer to the sins of the US, yes, they are chief among sinners. But when you send out the gospel light, God blesses, despite our sins. But these days the US can't even teach it's own kids, forget the rest of the world.

Yes we are in the end times. The very end, as the bible clearly says cannot come before that man of sin, the antichrist comes. Then we are in the last few years.

I have no Idea.
