I must say I do not agree with Jerry Falwell.
It was a sunny day when the terrorists had their parade.
God doesn't do those things to us, he allows the devil to do them.
Read Job.

sorry. 'i let the devil do it' is a cop out. if everything that happens on earth is god's will, then god did it no matter who actually did the dirty work. ok so god hired a hit man. he would still be guilty.
stop making my god into a cop out. bad is only bad to you.
You know what, I now agree with you.
Bad is a relative thing.

So, why did God let Satan do it? God IS more powerful than Satan, right??
A good example of this, is the story of Job.
I would say that by allowing Satan to do anything, is how he defeats Satan. Satan is actually thinking that he will draw people away from God, but I think that in the long run, all things point to God, even what we call bad.
The only free will we have is to choose whether it is from Him or not.
note: this is my current opinion.

Re: Some audio commentary about 9/11 and Christianity
OMG, that gave me a headache. I could only listen to the first 25% of it.
