I disagree with everything that is stated in these posts,I am logically correct to disagree. There is a personal preference of the same thing each time, therefore I disagree with you all. In fact yellow is as pretty as red, Hotel California is as equal as Sweet Home Alabama. I disagree with the questions and answers because 'better than' or 'prettier than' is logically irrelevant because of the preference. Just because I prefer yellow doesn't mean yellow is prettier than red. - I just prefer yellow, it's not prettier than red, it just appeals to me more. My individual judgement is only relevant to me, as someone else will prefer red, but that won't mean red is better or vice versa. The questions are not logical.

In general, chicken is more tasty than steak. Agree or Disagree?
Disagree, the question requires personal preference. They are both equally tasty and both equally untasty untill the question becomes logical.

I have a preference but it is irrelevant, as my agreement/disagreement does not mean chicken is tastier or vice versa.
My preference will NOT answer or establish the statement as being true.
You can ask me:
"Do you prefer chicken or steak?"
Or state:
"People prefer chicken to steak"
But I have no way of knowing which is the tastiest via preferential opinion.
Is my logic right? - Peoples preferentials will not make the statement true, because the tastiness of chicken and steak won't make them any less or more tasty than one another.

I personally prefer steak.
Not at all. I asked in my opening post for persons to respond honestly. If you honestly think that chicken is tastier than steak, then your original response is disingenuous.
You misunderstand me. I certainly prefer steak to chicken, all I'm saying is that my opinion does not make the statements true or false so I can only logically disgree with them
P.S. I thought these MUST be trick statements, but if you are only interested in preferences - steak.

Honestly, I had expected one of them to cry foul,
:ae-thingymajig: (wish I could just say Dave)
How do you mean by 'cry foul' - Lol.
BTW. A 'soup question' is information relative to you and I.

I mean that I expected someone like you would protest that my comparison of moral questions to other aesthetic questions was invalid.
Well, Dave - I'm a bit confused. My concern amongst the posters is how easily they would agree with a dodgy statement.
Soup Question?
- Well, I am male and have never talked about abortion here, so I can see how you might like my preference concerning my favourite colour, or food or music - but personally I think my preference, or lack of one, concerning abortion, is irrelevant, to both you and I. hence the soup comment.
Listen Dave, my mind is too complex to explain this fully, I'm an indecisive fruitcake. But I enjoyed this topic, it was a v.good idea!
The answers to moral questions are also relative to you and me.
Yes, I can see that..... I mean, have you seen deliverance - good point. Hence,> moral dilemnas.

Moral Dilemmas
Suppose rape is commited. Is this wrong? Why?
Yes. It's wrong. Though to some extent we have to "decide" morals, I think there IS an ABSOLUTE good and evil. But, I am Christian so you probably already know this.
So I have God's unchanging word to help me. Though sometimes that doesn't make morals any easier to sort out in one's mind though. Because we are ALL human, and we all face moral dilemmas.
