You need to make sure that, when you post stuff you haven't written yourself, you make the proper attribution. Otherwise it's plagarism.Nobody's saying you can't post stuff from whatever sites you like, but you have to say where you got it from, or you're being dishonest.

You need to do more than just cut and paste, even with attribution. We discuss things here and you are expected to make and defend your point of view. Afterall, we are not debating some web page.

You are posting material that has been shown to be hogwash many times before. You have no idea what the sites you are copying are talking about (and, in many cases, neither do they ).It is up to you to make the points. You don't even have to offer your sources unless asked. However, if you simple copy stuff that you don't understand and can't or won't defend you are not debating in good faith.
