I'm going to answer your earlier reply to me in this post, as well as taking on this... If I remember right, her objection has been to your claim he said something antisemitic, not something against Israel.I can accept someone arguing for the state of Israel, but I hate it when people conflate anti-Israel with antisemitism. Those are not the same thing. Just as anti-Nazi was not anti-European.You are correct that Obama is more my kind of guy, but ironically this has nothing to do with his view of Israel. In fact, as far as I can tell he holds an opposing view on that nation than myself. He has only given strong support for Israel, which make your comments about him ridiculous. I support him despite my disagreement on that (and a couple of other issues) because of his strong position on important issues I think are more important, as well as seeming like a very calm, level headed person.I didn't see Obama making such statements about race as you have claimed. And if he did I would drop him in a second, as I would not think him capable of leading the country where I'd like to see it going.At least if you would stick to attacking his positions, I'd have a lot more respect for yours. Make up your mind. First you were implying that he is an Islamic militant mole, and now you have him as a leftist/socialist afrocentric extremist. But on your new charge...1) Obama is hardly an extreme leftist/socialist nor aligned with such. I can say this with pretty strong confidence as if he was, then he'd be more aligned with my own outlook on several issues. I get that he's slightly left of center, but that isn't close to an extreme left. Hard leftists are likely to be in favor of Clinton, who has a much more aggressive healthcare plan. If you have some evidence for this claim, please submit some.2) What is an Afrocentrist, and how does Obama fit into that picture? Indeed how does his church come into any sort of comparison with the KKK and white supremacist organizations? The key feature for the orgs you just mentioned is that they argue for the superiority of one race over another. Nowhere have I seen Wright saying anything like that. Is he divisive? Yes. Is he playing the race card (which is opportunism)? Yes. Is he saying blacks are superior to whites and should be accorded some privileges of some kind? No. Is he even suggesting racial separation? No.You know Jesus hung out with riffraff of his age. He was also demonized using guilt by association. What's wrong with this picture of a Xian slamming someone based solely on that? I'm going to laugh if all of your predictions of the second coming turn out to be true, but Jesus turns out to be Obama.
