I think you are referring to the Iranian president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. He explained that while he strongly opposes the state/government of Israel, his hostility does not extend to the Israeli people: We are opposed to the idea that the people who live there should be thrown into the sea or be burnt, he said. We believe that all the people who live there, the Jews, Muslims and Christians, should take part in a free referendum and choose their government.I'm NOT supporting Ahmadinejad, and I am NOT saying Ahmadinejad isn't a nut job, . . . I am just clarifying his quote "push them into the sea" was referring to the Israel government. "many"? Evidence please. I don't doubt there are some individuals, but you'll have to quantify "many".Violence, repression, torture, and murder is/has been tried before. It doesn't seem to be a "real-istic" long-term solution. Thanks Jar, you have some good points, but most of it is really that simple. For one thing, you only wrote about restriction, I wrote about oppression/torture/murder.For another example, during the the Gaza War during the winter of 2008—2009, when Israel committed the war crime of collective punishment, how did Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon play a significant role?Also during this war crime by Israel which the Israel military willfully targeted women and children, how could the Palestinians play a larger part in determining things like laws, human rights, health care and employment?(Might I add, Obama remained silent about this war atrocity and H.
