I want the U.S. basketball team to lose.
Make that, I want all the professional athletes to lose.

Remember the "Miracle on Ice"? That meant something.
Seemingly the worst is Olympic tennis. The same pros playing each other, as what you can see at every professional tennis event. What the hell is the point of having tennis in the Olympics?

U.S. basketball team
Wouldn't it have been a great gesture, for the U.S. to declined to send a basketball team, or to send an amateur team?
Otherwise what is shown? That the the U.S. can prove that they can put together the best professional basketball team, of all the nations.
I'd rather watch an amateur U.S. team loose, that watch a professional team win.

{Edited to correct spelling of "amatur". If it's still wrong, it's Asgaras fault, for I used her spelling.}
