Tiny side note - No need to respond back

i like walking with dinosaurs to some extent. but be wary, they do make stuff up. alot of the social structures they talk about, and various behaviours are almost all theory. usually backed by something, but always under debate.
Here you are invoking the less than scientific meaning of "theory". Hypothesis would be the much prefered term.
A nit-pick, but I think a significant nit-pick. Creationist use the "evolution is just a theory" arguement. The science side should be careful that they themselves don't use the term "theory" in the wrong way.

Re: responding back anyways
I was concerned that:
quote:
But be wary, they do make stuff up.
was directly followed by:
quote:
Alot of the social structures they talk about, and various behaviours are almost all theory
"they do make stuff up"..."almost all theory".
To me, this sounds like equating "theory" with "baseless speculation".
But all this IS off-topic.
