I thought I would offer by own scenario. I dare anyone to show me how it is impossible. If no one is able to show that it is impossible, then it HAS to be true.
The lights we see at night are actually UFO's, and they are orbiting at a distance between us and Mars. They send radio signals to earth to fool our radio telescopes. They dart quickly across the skies to make paralax measurements appear to support the long distances that evil anti-UFO scientists claim. There are even UFO's that put out such a low amount of light that they are only seen by using the Hubble telescope. Any time that scientists get close the truth they are beaten down by the rest of the scientific community, after all they don't want their precious theories crushed by UFO's and little green men.
The proof for the presence of UFO's is abundant. Look at all the claims of abductions. This is just the prelude, being that aliens want to beam mind control rays straight to the earth. Our technology is getting to the point that we may actually finally detect their presence on a regular basis.
Again, unless anyone can prove me wrong it must be true.

Since modern science is so totally limited, and handicapped mentally, to where the poor souls can not even so much as discern there is a bigger, more inportant spiritual universe all around us, why would I lobotomize my understanding with their pitiful perceptions?
And christianity is so limited in it's ability to understand the power found in the UFO's shaping our world that . . .
I would say science has done pretty well, being that your lifespan is going to twice that only 10 generations ago. Science limits itself for good reasons, in that it isn't after the answers for "why" only "how". It's like saying your barber is useless since he can't fix your car.

And 1/10 that of 100 generations ago!
Care to supply any evidence?

Science also came up with nuclear bombs, that can't be good for your lifespan!
Enriched uranium "seeds" are being used to kill prostate tumors, therefore extending life. Besides, scientists made the bomb but politicians used them. Science itself is a tool just like anything else, and it can be used to do terrible things while still being able to do beautiful things. Just like the slogan "Guns don't kill people, people kill people."
But if you think it helps science to include the supernatural, perhaps you can enlighten us on discoveries that have been made that require the insertion of God? It seems to me that some of the greatest discoveries within science required the scientist to reject a literal reading of Genesis.
