Correction. I spoke unthinkingly. It doesn't call for war unless Hezbollah actually attacks or seriously threatens, as in this case they did. Otherwise their commitment to doing away with Israel simply calls for constant defensive vigilance, which is in fact generally the stance of Israel -- barriers like a fence if possible, military readiness, intelligence operations, attempts to win allies, attempts to strengthen any anti-Hezbollah connections there may be in Lebanon etc. etc. etc. The usual.As for what about war? Who knows? That's life. You aim to completely de-fang Hezbollah, whatever that takes. You either can or you can't. War is a terrible thing.
