Dishonesty
I would suggest that you stop throwing around charges of dishonesty. If you can back them up you should do so or retract them.
The (lesser) charge of 'intellectual dishonesty' is, IMO, substantiated by the fact that you specically left out a relevent part of the quote.
There is a difference in the two types of carelessness with the facts. Fraud is a stronger term than intellectual dishonesty. You may not understand the latter but your carelessness with the quote is an example of it.
Further unsupported claims of dishonesty will result in a suspension.
