I wouldn't say it's good for you, but it seems better (and cheaper), that cigs.
I wouldn't start them, but then again, I never smoked tobacco.

Re: Just don't exhale
Yes, there is nicotine in the exhaled vapor, about 1/10 the amount that there is with analog cigs. The ones that got tested didn't have formaldehyde or acetone either

Re: Vaping
I personally will be interested to see how successful you are, and how it affects your overall health.
There is so much bad information and bad propaganda out there, that I would like to see how someone who was so enamored of cigarettes react to migrating to them from the regular ones.
While I don't advocate vaping, I certainly object to them much less than being around regular cigarettes.

Re: Just don't exhale
ANd this study disagrees with that
Secondhand Exposure to Vapors From Electronic Cigarettes | Nicotine & Tobacco Research | Oxford Academic
It seems to depend on the brand.

Re: Anecdotal Report
I know this is from way back, but one thing I found out about is 'PG Free vap'. They use vegetable oil rather then proplene glycol because some people can not tolarate PG.
If you went back to smoking, you might want to consider PG free stuff.
