I've really enjoyed reading this thread. I wish it had been here when I joined EvC so that I could get to know the people I was talking with a little better.
I'm quite surprised, after a couple of months away, to see the changes that have taken place and all the bannings. Something tells me that until I'm completely
au fait with what's happening here, I could get myself banned as well. Now that the focus seems to be more strictly on EvC (the forum's reason for existence after all) then I don't think I'm going to have huge amounts to say here, but I always love reading the informative posts.
For the record, I'm a secondary (high school) English teacher with an armchair interest in many things.
