Lysimachus
(Notice its size as it leans up
against a railway passenger carriage.)
Dude You really need to be more observant. The coffin is not leaning up against the railway carriage,however,the ladder is. The base of the coffin at the "giants" feet is flush with the ground and so is perpendicular to that ground. Notice also that the rungs of the ladder get smaller towartds the railcar indicating perspective shrinking.
The coffin is doubtless a foreground object giving the appearance{but not the reality} of being tall.Welcome to the wonderful world of photography and the personal deception than can occur without close attention to detail.As for the jawbones there is no known object size available to judge by however such a photo is easily faked if one wished to do so.This could also explain the lack of a reference object but of course is not the only explanation.
P.S. You might also notice that the coffin appears to be on a box since the base of the ladder appears to descend below the level of the coffin base.;}
