Now if we measure the time it would take for the honey to theoretically get from the other end of the long hose, without realizing that it used to be different, our numbers would be off.
And we would have to be blind to a 2,210,000 to 1 difference in consistency between "watered" light and "honeyed" light when comparing stars inside and outside the age threshold of the speed of light. As there are no other "suns" in the sky this is obviously a falsified concept. we are limited in our ability to understand by our ability to understand RebelAAmerican.Zen[Deist

Did your math account for the light we know to have been formed only as a result of seperation? I must admit it is difficult to grasp this stuff.
Lets see, you have changed your position at least two times while I still am showing you the same basic fallacies inherent in the concepts. Now we get another new wrinkle epicycle added: light formed by the separation ... ... which would be the cosmic microwave background (CMB) radiation, if anything as it would pervade the universe in that manner, and which has recently been measured at 13.7 light-years away, invalidating your assumed age. we are limited in our ability to understand by our ability to understand RebelAAmerican.Zen[Deist

This might be hard to imagine, what with stuff on earth being so hard to compress, but you have to realize that it's not normal matter.
You are failing to consider that the space coordinates are compressed. In a black hole the earth would be about the same size as a ... speck (if memory serves), but if you were (still) standing on it you would not see it as different. enjoy. we are limited in our ability to understand by our ability to understand RebelAAmerican.Zen[Deist

I would like to echo {(1+5e-2)/2} and say that I don't intentionally insult anyone for beliefs (caveat that bad science is fair game).

I agree with you. Bad science is fair game. Problem is that the science he's spouting isn't even good enough to be called bad science, it's just bad!! Leave him to stew in his own juice. I do that with my toddler when he has a tantrum - works a dream!

Oh, I was under the impression that the density is higher in a black hole.
That is, the actual space was more compressed, but the particles stayed the same size.

perhaps because the reality of the observations doesn't match the vision of existence. high "nonesense quotient" needed (throw out what doesn't match as nonesense).

to be willfully blind ... wonderful.

But changing the speed of light in 'mid-flight' changes several of it's properties, such as it's freqency. Frequency is what determines what colour and such we see light as.

refuted by the nearer stars with no difference in light

exactly, even denser than a black hole as it would be the "black whole" the particles stay the same size from their perspective, the relativistic frame of reference while one from "outside" would see it asw vanishingly small (if it could "see" it at all with no light to see nor space to be)

As I said before, the problem of red shifting not even addressed yet ... you are correct -- the light would be shifted out of the visible range ... (did I say dark?)
