Well I think you need to put "Christ like" on a scale. Like grading on a curve. No one is going to be 100% but you might see some outliers at 75-80%. Then the sky daddy can go down to a percentage that picks up the numbers he wants to achieve.

Facts don't lie or have an agenda. Facts are just facts

The multitudes of tiny high-pitched voices, kind of like what you might hear from an ant hill just before you destroy it.
I haven't seen that movie since 2005. Recorded the radio plays in 1981 or 1982 when they first played on NPR. I think I also recorded the TV version when it replayed -- we didn't have a VCR in 1983/4 when it first played on PBS.
Towel Day next Wednesday, 25 May.

I feel sad
I feel a great sense of sadness for all the people who gave up everything (jobs, families, friends, etc.) to tour the country telling people about may 21, 2011.

Maybe it will open their eyes, it is their children who have been done the greatest injustice, if any are involved.

Buzsaw Votes Nay
Nah. What ever happens, if anything on May 21 is not the rapture, not the end of the tribulation, by a long shot and defifinitely not the end of the world. This world is here for over a thousand more years before the New Heavens, the New Earth and the New Jerusalem.

Total complete bullshit Buz, utter crap.
There was NO Flood and your repeating it will never make it true.
Only idiots use the term "sheeple" as well.

Anyone so limited that they can only spell a word one way is severely handicapped!

Where do you get this nonsense?

Religious belief does not constitute scientific evidence, nor does it convey scientific knowledge.

Lost in Translation

Pennies? Shillings? What piss poor translation of the Bible are you using?
Does it also say Jesus was born in Yorkshire?
Good ol' Buzsaw (facepalm)
Addendum by edit - Well upon further research it appears that infallible Bible that has never lost meaning through translation has lost some credibility through some translations.
Penny - God's word, KJVA, ASV, Basic English, Douay, Darby-Rheims, ERV, Webster's.
Denarius - NASB, ISV, Darby, World English.
Day's pay - NLV, ESV, God's Word Translation, Catholic Reference.
Day's wages - NIV.
Shilling - Weymouth.
Younge - denary (!!)
$20 - Catholic Living.
So a while back, you and one other actually had the guts to post which version of the Bible was infallible when I asked directly - you stated the KJV. However by quoting the Bible here it appears you are using the Weymouth, what gives?
Edited by anglagard, : No reason given.

The idea of the sacred is quite simply one of the most conservative notions in any culture, because it seeks to turn other ideas - uncertainty, progress, change - into crimes.
Salman Rushdie
This rudderless world is not shaped by vague metaphysical forces. It is not God who kills the children. Not fate that butchers them or destiny that feeds them to the dogs. It’s us. Only us. - the character Rorschach in Watchmen
