It follows legal codes and can exist quite nicely with no religious input.How the hell does gay marriage make majority miserable. The government is not concerned with sins, churches are. Sin has no place in our governmental or judicial system. We are a country of laws not a theocracy intent on stamping out sin.You have government confused with religion. The government has no duty enforcing your or any other persons religious proscriptions and beliefs.

And your beliefs are vile and hurtful. Gays are not evil. They are people, nothing more nothing less. They deserve our compassion and our desire for everyone to have life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.This is the purpose of the Constitution.
