The constitution has always said Creationism was unconstitutional. Maybe you've heard of the Establishment Clause (although I seriously doubt you have, or you are too thick-headed to understand it)? Thomas Jefferson himself wrote about the necessity of a "wall between Church and State." And where are the sources for the claim that judges are Darwinist?

Science has nothing to do with religion, which has everything to do with Creationism. Science, no thanks to you people, has been sequestered and held hostage since the dawn of Human knowledge. You won't be setting it free by introducing an imaginary Sky Man, you'll be sending it into its death throes, while the rest of the world, the ones who are enlightened to the true nature of the scientific Universe, race ahead of you to the acquisition of true knowledge.
