What you describe sounds very familiar to me. I've been through it (though a different church).
Try to remember that doubt is not a bad thing. It is in fact a very productive and useful thing. Look at the teachings of other churches. See if any of them is more in line with what you feel. You can choose whichever church is most in line with your feelings. Alternatively, you might choose to leave organised religion altogether. That's not a bad thing, there are plenty of people out there who will help you out. If you feel insulated within your religious organization, try to make some friends outside it.
You have your whole life to explore these belief systems, and doubt is something to be explored along with them. It's not something to be feared. Explore away, and enjoy it. It's part of being human. You have no reason to feel fearful, or guilty.
