It depends specifically on the translation. Most versions of the NT says 'homosexual' or 'homosexual offender', some say '[those who] abuse sex' or 'that do lechery with men', or just 'sodomites' or 'those who commit adultery of any kind'.I think you'd need to look at the actual greek text if you want the exact wording, but it does seem like it strongly implies a condemnation of homosexuality.
