sorry...but wrong
The Old Testament is the rules pre-Jesus. Jesus rewrote a lot of the rules, including the cited seclusion of women during their meunstration. However, some rules did not change, including the ones of Leviticus.
Also, I would like to point out that everything that God has or HAD forbidden, as the cases go [think meat] is for our own health. Even when we couldn't explain why it wasn't healthy to drink blood, modern technology has revealed an array of diseases and infections most commonly passed along through blood. Engaging in intercourse with only one person for your entire life is not only good for a partnership, but also to prevent the spread of deadly disease, such as STD's, AIDS, etc.
Also, everything has a purpose. Homosexuality is not practical, and neither is it safe. I understand that some people may be born 'that way', and God doesn't forbid BEING homosexual, He just forbids ACTS of homosexuality.
Hope I have helped!

okay...one more time
The anus is the doorway to a whole bunch of germs I'd rather not think about, and definitely would wish no one contact with. Surely it can't be healthy to have contact with such an area (yes, I KNOW we all have one!)
As for the circle remark, God allows that sometimes mistakes happen in the transcripting of DNA, and he might even have made it that way, but that does not give people the right to engage in immoral sexual acts.

Okay
Before I launch my spiel, I noted in someone's last post that they said heterosexuals engage in anal sex as well. That may be true, but they aren't supposed to, and it doesn't make it any more right.
Here's what I really want to say:
Okay, fine everyone...maybe it cannot be proven SUFFICIENTLY (sub capitals for italics) the reasons why God and his church are against homosexuality, but one would expect the physical and mental repulsion, even from those at a very young age first introduced to the topic, would be hint enough. Recently I discovered a very interesting Christian website explaining what to do when facing a situation not covered by the Bible. And the answer was, to put it in cliche: Follow your heart.
The author described the conscience (and gave more Bible verses than I thought there were in that book concerning the conscience) as being the moral 'compass' with which to lead you in the correct decision.
Granted, and I know you'll bring this up, there are homosexuals who feel it is right for them to be that way...
So you all oposing my views may be right as well...but I may be right also...it just depends on your opinion and what you choose to beleive. But in the end, only one of us is going to be right. If it's you, no harm done. If it's me...
