I think "...on Earth by
autonomously, by --you..." would be just as wrong as "...on Earth by
autonomy, by --you...".
For my two cents the correct options would be:
- ...on Earth by autonomous means, by --you...
- ...on Earth autonomously, by --you...
You can't have "by autonomously" as far as I know, so you have to add or subtract a word to make either use of autonomous/autonomously correct. His usage of "autonomy" is just plain wrong, but it was a live discussion so that's understandable.
