Please give us the volume of your surface of the earth: is it the same as that of the earth?
A surface is a 2D entity it does not have a volume it has an area.

Yeah there is a difference, a surface is 2D and does not have a volume, if you had the most basic knowledge of geometry you'd know this.

If a 2-D, as in a circle drawn on paper, the centre is 6" where the circumference is 12
We're not talking about a 2D circle, we're talking about the 2D surface of a 3D sphere.

You bet it does - the south pole is equidistant from all other points, thus the centre.
Wrong again. The distance from the South pole to a point on the arctic circle is much greater than the distance from the south pole to a point on the equator.
