Here is a quote from the wikipedia
According to midrash, recording traditions, it is impossible for anyone to kill a behemoth except for the person who created it, in this case Jehovah. A later Jewish haggadic tradition furthermore holds that at the banquet at the end of the world, the behemoth will be served up along with the leviathan and ziz. The Hebrew behemoth is equated with the Persian Hadhayosh, as the leviathan is with the Kar and the ziz with the Simurgh.
Lets give you a rundown of this primal pantheon:
Behemoth - Gods unconquerable ruler of the land.
Leviathon - Gods ruler of the Oceans.
Ziz - Gods ruler of the sky.
These are mythological creatures that apear thrughout middleeastern mythology and are preserved today in Jewish Cabalistic tradition and in the Old Testament.
Here are some descriptions of the other critters:
The ziz is a giant bird in Jewish mythology, said to be large enough to be able to block out the sun with its wingspan; perhaps somewhat similar to a roc.
Leviathon is tackled here:
Leviathan - Wikipedia
These are not dinosaurs, but actually well documented mythological beasts predominant in middleastern mythology from babylon to persia. To say they are dinosaurs is preposterous.
