Yes we do need a more educated population. And what I'd like to see us educated about isn't only science but the history of the Marxist/Communist attempt to destroy America, which has succeeded to such a degree it may be impossible to undo it. In other words this IS about an ideological conflict and NOT about different segments of the population voting for different needs the other side doesn't take into account.
