Phat writes: What she means is that they were not Protestant Biblical Christian Actions. True, the Protestant Christian Genocides were separate events.

I suggest you think just a bit harder about that claim of fallacy.

The Protestants were very unfair to the Anabaptists, though I don'g think anything they did amounted to genocide. And they put nineteen uputative witches to death in New England. But the RCC put to death some fifty million biblical Christians plus seventeen million Jews, Muslims, witches and others over six hundred years of inquisition, and even in the nineteenth century Garibaldi found "heretics" being tortured in dungeons in Rome. It's also going on in other forms in other Catholic countries. There is no comparison with your propaganda about Protestantism.

So the only distinction is body count. The "real Christians" were murderers too - they just weren't as good at it. And they put nineteen uputative witches to death in New England. Yet Protestants were equally complicit in the genocide of the Native Americans, of the Ethnic Cleansing of the Americas, of wiping out the languages, customs, religions, dress, residency and occupation of the Native Americans.

The same thing happened in Australia. Protestants were also engaged in the slave trade and segregation.

And in the Pogroms in Europe and England.
Protestants have been every bit as evil and violent as the Roman Catholics. Christianity as a whole has been primarily spread by the sword or coercion or profit. As a Christian we should be as honest about the evil we have done as well as take credit for any good or beautiful.

The Protestants befriended the Native Americans, they did not slaughter them. You are imputing to Protestants the evil of somebody else.

The pogroms against the Jews were the work of the RCC, not Protestants.
You are not a Christian and calling yourself one does not make you one. Pinto's film shows how it is what you believe that makes you a Christian and it is on that basis that the Founders were shown to not be Christians.

What are being called Protestants are just Englishmen, who had no real belief.

The RCC puts the Pope in the place of God, it promotes the worship of "Mary" -- practiced particularly by the Popes, and most particularly by Pope John Paul, --and prayer to "saints." Those things alone make it anti-Christian, but that's only a small part of what makes it anti-Christian.

Bullshit. Who do you think is responsible for the genocide against the natives in the Norths America? Hindus?
Facts don't lie or have an agenda. Facts are just facts "God did it" is not an argument. It is an excuse for intellectual laziness. If your viewpoint has merits and facts to back it up why would you have to lie?
