Biden is saying that the missile didn't originate in Russia, which implies that he knows a lot more about it than he's saying. The BBC has just said that there was a AWACS in the air at the time tracking the latest attacks so there's reason to think he does.
NATO is clearly talking it down and it's fairly clear that targeting a farm in a NATO country isn't likely to be a deliberate Russian tactic but Poland is asking for an Article 4 meeting. Ukraine is asking for NATO air support which they won't get but they may get more equipment as a result.

Theodoric opened up an interesting rabbit trail which led me back here. I recently watched a documentary from Frontline titled Putin and the Presidents The documentary showcases Vladimir Putin's diplomatic and public relationship with 6 US Presidents.
By this time there should not be new sanction opportunities against Russia. They should have all been exhausted long ago. Sanctions should mean no one buys anything from you or sells anything to you, all your foreign assets are frozen, your financial system is cut off from the rest of the world, and travel to and from your country is reduced to a trickle. Instead we impose sanctions one little drip at a time, allowing Russia to adjust before the next round of sanctions that never have much impact.
We're supporting Ukraine the same way, just little drips of aid that are enough to keep Ukraine alive. If we want the Russia/Ukraine war to drag on forever we're doing just what we should.
I've heard that the BRICS Nations are planning to eventually develop and implement an alternative global reserve currency system that challenges the US Dollar itself. What have you heard?
I seriously doubt it. Some think that this little war will morph into World War III.
Granted the US Dollar is seemingly secure and is still by far the most stable currency among the basket of global currencies known as the fiat money system that has essentially ruled the world of global finance since 1971, when President Nixon took us off of the gold standard. I maintain that while not particularly relevant at this stage of the conflict, the crack has appeared in our armor and will eventually widen.
And by "us" I mean the Western Alliance that has squared off against Vladimir Putin and his bold and brash attempt to reassemble the former Soviet Union, in a sense.
The link which you provided months ago and which I am just now reading mentions the politics behind the Duck Duck Go search engine. I use that search engine.
And in context, I might mention my link to the Frontline Video again. I realize that we don't "debate by video" but Frontline did a very good job at documenting the mind of Vladimir Putin from his days as a KGB junior officer stationed in East Germany around the time that Ronald Reagan implored Gorbachev to "tear down that wall!"
I might also mention that Putin reserved his most disdain for the Democratic Presidents. The documentary mentions that Joe Biden has no illusions about Putins aspirations as did the two Bushes Father and Son.
This post is irrelevant to my answer to your last. Is there any way you can stay on topic? Do you want to discuss the BRICS nations developing their own reserve system or do you want to spout ridiculous conspiracy theories?
