I think islamic, christian, jewish or any religious fundamentalism is bad.Dobson is quite radical when held up to most people. I am not sure how many of the insurgents in Iraq are radical muslim clerics. Evidently you have insight to this that I do not. Yes there are a number of radical muslims involved, but to make a statement that they are all clerics seems ludicrous. Also, can you provide some data on the # of radical muslim clerics we have jailed and deported. I am not saying we havent but your statement implies that it happens all the time. I disagree.

He was using a quote from the source YOU originally used. His titles are all honorific but he is considered a cleric. So yes Tal you are correct, but like so many things there are nuances.

Therefore radical cleric. Is he on par with some radical islamic clerics? No, not even close. But it can not be denied he is a radical cleric.One problem you have Tal is you see everything in black and white. No shades of grey, no nuances. There are different levels to lots of things.

I certainly would hope a member of the US Military would at least have a basic idea of how our governemnt works.Tal - I have only been coming here for the last week, but I see why people jump all over you.
