As admirable as it is to see someone have a breakthough on rejecting the strict YEC timeline, there is still a fundamental rejection of evidence going on.

Or you could work for mining companies in the booming industry of rare earth minerals. Are you really sad to see the world changing from digging up black rocks to burn into digging up exotic rocks to make iPads and solar panels?
Thats besides the point that the thing that is killing coal is the massive increase in the extraction of natural gas. Its the free market doing its job. Natural gas is cheaper, safer, cleaner, and in more demand.
