Carico, please pay attention:
APES NEVER INTERBRED WITH HUMANS!!!
Instead, animals that we, today, would likely say were some sort of ape critter bred among themselves. Perhaps one daddy fathered kids on either side of the Limpopo River. The kids on the north side moved to the woods. The kids on the south side moved to the savannah. They didn't see each other again, but kept breeding among each of their two populations.
Over a few hundreds of generations, the north woodsy family had changed just a tiny bit - they were better at climbing trees thad the daddy had been, since the kids that weren't as good at climbing didn't get as much fruit to eat, and some part of the bone and muscle changes that helped climbing were heritable.. Meanwhile, the south savannah family had changed a tiny bit, too: they stood upright more than the original daddy had. The ones that didn't inherit the oddity of standing to look around were more likely to be a cheetah snack.
In addition to those changes, the two groups were isolated from each other - first by the Limpopo, later by their preference for woods or savannah, later still by not liking each other's looks when the river was down - and finally by diverging enough genetically that they couldn't breed any more. Two species, where there once was one. No interspecies sex, ever.
APES NEVER INTERBRED WITH HUMANS!!!
Critters just bred with their own kind, got separated, and the "kind" that each had been changed, little by little. Until we wound up with chimps and humans.

Re: Learning by taking the time to read
But truth is never complex. It is simple and obvious and very easy to explain because it can be observed in reality. Each species breeds its own kind and has been doing so since the beginning of recorded history. So reality confirms the biblical account of creation perfectly. Each animal reproduces itself through mating. Humans breed humans and apes breed apes. But since evolution contradicts that reality, then it becomes very complex to try to explain away its enormous contradictions. One lie always begets another and another until it finally contradicts the first lie. The truth, on the other hand, never works that way. it can be explained very easily and very simply.
If evolutionists are arrogant enough to contradict God, then they will not only be wrong, but look foolish as well. Playing God never works.
The lies are in the contradictions of evolutionists. It simply doesn't make sense that animals can produce human beings. That again, is only possible in the imagination. I look at reality for the truth which is the only place it can be found. The truth is that humans breed humans and apes breed apes. Even children can see that. But not scientists who are stuck in their imaginations instead of simply observing reality. If they observed reality, they would see the simple truth about reproduction instead of making up stories that contain incessant contradictions and contradict reality.

Re: Learning by taking the time to read
The truth is that humans breed humans and apes breed apes.
Actually, as I just stated above, the Theory of Evolution agrees totally with this point, and if it were otherwise, the Theory of Evolution would be proven wrong.
Carico, are you interested in learning what the Theory of Evolution really is?

Re: Learning by taking the time to read
So then how can we possibly be descendants of apes if humans breed humans and apes breed apes? Are you now going to contradict the original premise of evolution?

Great. Lets start with this point.
What do you think the "original premise of evolution" is?

Don't go out and look much, do you, Carico? Simple, like the biggest male fish around a coral head turning into a female when the "queen" female disappears?

They're still fish. They didn't turn into dogs like evolutionists say apes turned into humans. I have to get to bed now and will coninue this in the morning.

Learning not to waste time
I used to enjoy endless banter with visitors like you. Others still hav e some patience. I don't anymore.
You are wasting your time here. You will not convince anyone with silly tirades and you clearly have no intention of learning anything at all for yourself. I suggest you just pack up and carry on believing what you want to believe and maintaining, at all costs, your ingnorance.
As an example:
But since evolution contradicts that reality,
A number of people have tried hard to explain why you are saddled with a huge misconception here but you don't appear to have read a line of what have been posted. Not a good use of anyones time is it?

Show me where even ONE evolutionary biologist says this.
You have some pretty strange ideas and concepts about evolutionary biology. Maybe you should attempt to open your mind a bit and do some reading on the subject.

Wow...I'm stunned. You were always the mainstay patient one here and now even you have gone the way of Crashfrog (well...maybe not that far yet).

Re: Learning by taking the time to read
So now are you saying that apes did not turn into humans and we are not descendants of apes? Because there are a lot of evolutionists who say that we are. The TV documentary "From Ape to Man" had many on there who do. And so do many on this forum evidenced by the thread; "From chimp to human." So I'd suggest you get your stories straight. And you have no patience with ME? You guys can't even agree on a premise! Or you change it as fast as the weather. But that's what happens when the premise is a lie. One has to tell a 2nd lie then a 3rd and 4rth to explain the 1st lie until pretty soon they can't remember the 1st lie! Otherwise there is no explanation for controversy between evolutionists about your premise.

No, he is not saying that. He is simply saying that apes did not turn into humans.
You have a confused misunderstanding of the theory of evolution. If you want to criticize the theory, you will first need to understand what it says.
Get yourself a good book on evolution, and study it. Make sure it is a book written by an evolutionary biologist. You should be able to find a good book at your local public library.

The "premise of evolution"?
Carico writes:

Carico,
How can evolutionists defend themselves if they don't know what they are accused of? You keep talking about this premise of evolution, and that it is a lie.
You were asked in this thread to tell us what you think this premise is. You have yet to do so, yet you are all over the board, repeating the same arguments over and over.
So, here's the question again:
What do you think is the premise of evolution?
Please answer this question now. If you do, some meaningful discussion might develop. If you don't, you risk being ignored, especially if you keep ignoring other people's arguments yourself.

Re: The "premise of evolution"?
And how can I understand evolution when evolutionists keep contradicting themselves? I'm simply trying to pin down your premise. Is it or is it not true that evolutionists believe that man came from the ape? If it is true, then I am right when I say that is a premise of evolution. If it is not true, then you better delete all the threads in the category on "Human Origins" which say that we do. So again, which is it?

No Arguments Please!
Hey Carico,
Just got on, seem's like you are getting swamped!
May I suggest to you, and to everyone, not to get into an argument. It will soon become a shouting match. I think we would all do best to simply explain to Carico how ToE works. Carico, I only ask that you listen, and follow along.
Anyway, before I brought up the dog example. I showed you how we have bread dogs to be unable to breed (chihuahua Great Dane). I know we had a hand in it, but at least you can see that it is possible for genetic variation to lead to a group of creatures being unable to breed with a previous group of creatures. Do you agree with this Carico?
If you do, we can move on. All you need to do is answer Yes/No.
If you would like, me and you could have a Great Debate topic where only you and I will discuss. That way you won't be swamped by all the other board members. Do you think this would be helpfull?
