Nope.

The photo was taken by an individual who forgot to clean the camera lens before taking the photo. Obviously taken by an individual who's not a professional photographer.

Actually, I see what you call 'orbs' every time I try to watch tv through dusty glasses. Then I clean my glasses and the 'orbs' disappear.

So, you're not going to provide any history to the photo you provided on here? Who took the photo? Where? When?

You do realise that cameras always 'see' those 'orbs' when taking photo's in a dusty mine?
