Oh, one can dream.With all the lawsuits about to descend upon his cheeto-orange head, and unable to hire council because no one will represent him because they know he will stiff them on their bill, the judgements keep coming in for $$$Millions per, causing him to file personal bankruptcy in April followed by verbal altercations with judges because he's at the end of his sanity and he lashes out getting contempt of court citations and ends up in the county pokey where he is taken under the care of a jailhouse boyfriend.Well, he is an ex-president and hasn't been stripped of his annual stipend and personal expense accounts, nor his secret service detail, so the jailhouse boyfriend probably won't happen. Pity.

No, they aren't ALL for a cheeto trial. Some are of the opinion that the old precedent of trying an impeached individual after he was no longer in office doesn't apply to a president. Most think it does.But,they all agree that as a matter of law Trump's speech, of which you read every word but comprehended none, was legally, instigating insurrection. There will be a presentation of evidence and all the impeachment trial buttons will be pushed for both pro and con ...But,When the House impeachment managers formally delivered their articles of impeachment to the senate, only a handful of the 50 republicans attended. This is a moment of some historical importance for the nation, so I would think, and 40+ republican senators couldn't be bothered to attend their duties.A political statement by the senate republicans who, en masse, are still trying to dodge and weave away this disaster in their party hoping it will just end.It will end when they, again en masse (give or take a handful), vote to acquit.There will not be 17 republicans brave enough, statesmen enough, politically or personally strong enough to join democrats to condemn cheeto's sedition.
