Cold blooded --> warm blooded
So, birds evolved from dinosaurs (reptiles). Its pretty obvious just by looking at an Emu and a Therapod fossil. (I actual saw an Emu face to face a short time ago and damn if it didn't LOOK like a dinosaur.)
So my short question is:
How did they go from cold blooded to warm blooded?
It had to have been gradual, right?
Anybody got any links to an explanation for me?
Just wondering, thanks in advance.

Cold Blooded --> Warm Blooded
I thought this probably has been worked out already and somebody could post a link to the explanation at Talk Origens, or something.
Did you mean to put the whole thread in Biological Evolution? or were you trying for just the one post.
ABE: See Message 196 for my question please.

quotemine thread
So long as you refrained from any potentially callous comments and simply let the quotes speak for themselves...
But that would take all the fun out of it.
If it was a humor thread, and everyone knew it was for 'makin fun', the callousness would be less offensive.
It could be fun to take some quotes out of context and make them look funnier than they were intended to be.
Haven't you ever read a post and thought of some great smartass comments that you could put but refrained from it. If we had a thread devoted to it, it could be hilarious.
and of course your thread may get derailed by the quoted members responses to their own quotes.
Yeah, it would hafta be a light-hearted thread.
